Founded in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a Non-Governmental Organisation devoted since more than 28 years, to social and humanitarian causes in the fields of humanitarian assistance and development aid, both in France and in the world.
Since 1991, our organization is labelled “Don en Confiance”, “Don en Confiance” being a labelling and certification body that continuously monitors and controls charities and foundations who ask for private donations.
This label is delivered by the “Charte du don en confiance” monitoring Committee to NGO who ask for private donations and respect its deontology charter and its monitoring.
For the third time in a row, SIF gets this label, granted for a renewable term of three years. With this renewal of ethical certification, it is recognized that SIF respects financial transparency principles as well as conscientious management.
Up until now in France, SIF is the only Muslim humanitarian NGO to be labelled “Don en Confiance”.
